What this website stores on your device, and what it does not.

This website uses Google Analytics, but only if you say yes. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or never answer, none are set and your browser sends nothing to Google.

Analytics cookies (optional)

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies:

_ga — tells one visitor from another; expires after 2 years.
_ga_… — keeps track of the current visit; expires after 2 years.

Advertising features are switched off. Google processes the data on our behalf; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

What we store without asking

cookieConsent in your browser’s local storage remembers whether you accepted or declined, so the banner does not keep reappearing. It is strictly necessary and never leaves your device.

Changing your mind

Change cookie settings — this clears your choice, deletes any Google Analytics cookies and shows the banner again.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising or social media tracking.
Nothing about your visit is used to build an advertising profile.

What we do record

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested and your browser’s user-agent — as a normal part of running and securing a website. These are not cookies, are kept for a short rolling window, and are described in our Privacy Notice.

Fonts

All our fonts are stored on our own server, so loading them sends nothing to any other company and sets no cookies.

If this changes

If we ever add other cookies, we will update this page first, and anything optional will stay off until you say yes.
